Vulcan Classic
The Cougars sent their top 8 runners to Birmingham, Alabama, Saturday. They came away very successful placing 9th in the Girls and Boys race. The times are very slow but the performances aren't. Cougars
Nic Cowan led the boys team. Cowan, Paul Stanford, and David Fogg finished in the Top 50. While Jay Smith, Adam May, and Jonathon Dalton finished in the Top 100 with Clint Mills-103 and Ryan Lindall-121.

Brittney Mensen led the girls team. Mensen and Ashley Nestlehutt placed in the Top 50. While they were followed by Melissa Gardner, Jordan Spencer, Amie Kremer, and Amanda Fuller in the Top 100 with Jennifer Holm-104 and Angela Kurle-110
