Playing a rival opponent with only half of your starters isn't an easy task, but the boys team was up to it on this day. Sitting out 4 of their Varsity runners, to help them rest up for bigger meets to come, the team came out with a victory beating Harrison by only scoring 33 points. Big PR's came today with 8 of the 10 Varsity competitors and all but 3 J.V. runners lowering their own marks! Some break through came in David Fogg breaking 17 minutes for the first time, Tim Gardner & Markus Hartford under 18, and Cason Britt(who was AHS's first JV runner) under 20 minutes.
