Carrollton Invitational
The Varsity elected to seat out this meet to prepare for The Sandy Creek Fall Classic and Vulcan Classic. Some top JV runners stepped up and ran some pretty good times on a very hilly Carrollton course. They ran in the Varsity race with other schools Varsity teams and other top school's JV. Freshman Stephon Kerry paced the Cougars with a 20:18; after missing several cycles of training with a broken toe.
